- Complete the national return request form.
- Select whether you want an exchange for size or color, a refund, or store credit.
- You will receive an email with instructions and a prepaid return label if applicable.
- Print your prepaid label.
- Place the item in its original packaging.
- Attach the return label.
- Drop oa the package at the post o^ice or authorized drop-o^ points.
- Once we receive and verify your return, we will refund the total amount of the product to your original payment method or process the exchange as requested.
- The refund may take up to 15 business days or more to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

- Select whether you want an exchange for size or color, a refund, or store credit.
- You will need to pay for shipping to Colombia.
- You will receive an email with instructions and a return label if applicable.
- Print your prepaid label.
- Place the item in its original packaging.
- Attach the return label.
- Drop oa the package at one of the authorized drop-o^ points. This only applies to cities or destinations with DHL or FEDEX o^ices. If this is not the case, you will need to contact us at contact@palomiino.com to notify us of the return and receive detailed instructions on how to proceed.

International Shipping Costs:
