Return Period:

30 days after receiving the order.

We do not accept returns of items with signs of wear, stains, odors, or any alterations.

Non-returnable Items:
  • Underwear
  • Swimwear
  • Sale items
  • Personalized garments

You can request this exchange through our return system, as long as it is available in stock.

Step-by-Step Domestic Return Process in Colombia
  1. Visit our website.
  2. Complete the national return request form.
  3. Select whether you want an exchange for size or color, a refund, or store credit.
  4. You will receive an email with instructions and a prepaid return label if applicable.
  5. Print your prepaid label.
  6. Place the item in its original packaging.
  7. Attach the return label.
  8. Drop oa the package at the post o^ice or authorized drop-o^ points.
  9. Once we receive and verify your return, we will refund the total amount of the product to your original payment method or process the exchange as requested.
  10. The refund may take up to 15 business days or more to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
Domestic Shipping Costs:

Step-by-Step International Return Process (for orders outside of Colombia)
  1. Visit our website.
  2. Complete the international return request form.
  3. Select whether you want an exchange for size or color, a refund, or store credit.
  4. You will need to pay for shipping to Colombia.
  5. You will receive an email with instructions and a return label if applicable.
  6. Print your prepaid label.
  7. Place the item in its original packaging.
  8. Attach the return label.
  9. Drop oa the package at one of the authorized drop-o^ points. This only applies to cities or destinations with DHL or FEDEX o^ices. If this is not the case, you will need to contact us at contact@palomiino.com to notify us of the return and receive detailed instructions on how to proceed.
  10. Once we receive and verify your return, we will refund the total amount of the product to your original payment method or process the exchange as requested.
  11. The refund may take up to 15 business days or more to appear in your account, depending on your bank.

International Shipping Costs:

For international returns, the return shipping cost will be charged during the return form process unless the item is defective or there was a shipping error, in which case Palomiino will cover the full cost of shipping. The cost varies depending on the country and will be detailed during the return process.

Special Policies

Defective or Damaged Products:

If you received a defective or damaged item, contact us within 7 days of receiving the product, attaching photos of the damage. We will send you a prepaid return label and promptly handle the
exchange or refund.

Sale Items:

Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
