Can I change or cancel my order?
Once your order is payed for and confirmed, no changes can be made. Our warehouse quickly processes all orders, and we do not allow or accept cancellations after order placements.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
How do I apply a discountcode?
You can enter your discount code at the “promo code” box at checkout before completing your order.
How can I check the status of my order?
After your purchase is finalized, a confirmation email will be sent to you. When your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number to monitor the delivery. If you have a Palomiino account, you can log in to track
all of your orders. If the tracking number is not received, feel free to reach out to us at contact@palomiino.com.
What is Pre-order?
Pre-ordering means purchasing an item that’s not yet available for shipment but is currently being made. Pre-order items are typically delivered within 10 business days of purchase. If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, the entire order will be shipped when the pre-order item is ready.
